Please note this is a KNITTING PATTERN ONLY. You will not receive a finished beanie. You will receive a downloadable PDF file (in English) that provides written instructions and a chart so you can knit the beanie yourself for the average woman's size head.
This pattern was created in collaboration with my knitting bestie, Erin Gates of Lizzy Knits. We came up with this design to honor Betsy from Betsy’s Fibers. Betsy is a local, indie yarn dyer with a passion for horses. With every purchase of her yarn, Betsy donates to Equestrian Connection—a therapeutic horseback riding center in northern Illinois that provides equine-based therapy programs for children and adults with special needs. Erin and I came up with this super simple, classic beanie design to highlight the colors of Betsy’s gorgeous yarn. We will donate 50 percent of the sales from this pattern back to Equestrian Connection. Betsy’s generosity and compassion inspired us, and we hope it inspires you, too!
